My job was to smooth out their rough prototype and advice them on how to integrate the features their users wanted.

A mature product that was producing revenue but the product owner was frustrated by support emails from confused users and feature requests they couldn't easily handle.
I was brought in to help, and what started as a small project turned into a full redesign and a companion dashboard app.

This was the company's flagship product, and the team was preparing to go cross-platform.
Before that, they wanted a style guide for consistency, help with UI fixes, and direction for implementing their feature backlog.
The team invited me to manage it.
